Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Focus On Solutions Group community website at community.harlowreseburgiii.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, members, and others who access or use the Site.

Description of Service

The Focus On Solutions Group (“FOSG”) is an online community and educational platform operated by Harlow Reseburg III (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site provides:

  • Educational content about AI fluency, cognitive architecture, and human development — organized around the Seven-Stage Integration Progression
  • Community features including forums, stage-based groups, and member interaction
  • Resource libraries at various membership tiers, including the AI Mastery Toolkit
  • Access to courses and curriculum materials
  • Information about coaching services

Membership and Account

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Site, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Membership Tiers

The Site offers various membership levels with different access privileges and pricing. By purchasing a membership, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • The recurring billing terms of your selected membership level
  • Review and understand what’s included in your membership tier before purchasing

Cancellation and Refunds

Monthly Memberships: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Annual Memberships: Annual memberships may be cancelled at any time. No prorated refunds are provided for the unused portion of annual memberships.

Courses and One-Time Purchases: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of courses and one-time purchases are final. No refunds are provided once content has been accessed.

Coaching Services: Coaching engagement terms, including cancellation and refund policies, are outlined in individual coaching agreements.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Send spam or other unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Redistribute, copy, or republish content without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the Site without our permission
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or diminishes the quality of the community

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, courses, frameworks, and methodologies — is the property of Harlow Reseburg III or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without explicit written permission, except as permitted by your membership level for personal, non-commercial use.

User Content

By posting content to the Site (including forum posts, comments, and group discussions), you:

  • Retain ownership of your content
  • Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating the Site
  • Represent that you have the right to post such content
